Motivation and professionalism are things we expect not just from our staff - as employers we make great demands of ourselves, too. So we again subjected ourselves to the selection procedure of the Corporate Research Foundation (CRF), from which, for the second year in a row, in September 2008 the Edscha Group emerged as “Top Automotive Employer”. CRF, in cooperation with management consultancies, awards this title each year to companies which distinguish themselves through innovative skill and a progressive corporate culture. International approach and opportunities for development also are criteria for selection in this study, which is intended as a guide especially for job entrants.
